4 Ways to Show Gratitude for Your Clients
Here we are at the start of November! This month is one traditionally used to talk about gratitude and things we are grateful for - so that will be the theme of the blog posts this month.
Your clients and customers are what make your business possible. They allow you to do what you love, build the life you dreamed of. They give you the chance to really make a go of your small business. So, why not take the time this month to thank them for their patronage?
Here are 4 ways to show thanks for your clients via social media:
ONE:: Literally, say thanks! You can dedicate a post, or several, to thanking your clients for their business. Get specific and let them know what it is that you are grateful for specifically. Maybe it is how they allow you to do what you love day after day. Maybe it is the meaningful interactions you’ve had, or how they allow you, through your service, to become part of their family/life. Maybe it is the joy you see on their faces when they use your product. Whatever it is, let them know WHY you are grateful for them.
TWO:: Re-share their posts. When a client tags you in a post featuring your business, simply re-sharing that post can go a long way in showing your gratitude. By sending that post to your IG stories, for instance, you are acknowledging their post, sending your thanks, AND encouraging them and others to keep sharing your stuff. It’s a great way to show gratitude and to market your business.
THREE:: Slide into a DM with your thanks. If you know the people who have purchased from you, a simple direct message thanking them for their patronage can be a great tides. Again, it adds that little personal touch and allows you to connect with your customers on a more personal level. It’s that little extra attention to detail that they will pick up on.
FOUR:: Share customer reviews/testimonials. Show appreciation for the reviews and testimonials they write by sharing those as well. Not only does this again show your gratitude for the time they took to write a review, but it also serves a marketing purpose of showing potential customers the quality of product they will receive when working with you. Win-Win.
